Details

The Save .CC Data File and Save .CC Data File As commands save an XML-based data file containing all of the data and information about the board that CAMCAD controls. Using the hot key or the menu command Save .CC Data File will save the current board under its current name. Selecting the Save .CC Data File As command allows the user an opportunity to change the name for the saving process.

Saving a .CCZ file results in a file that is significantly smaller compared to a .CC file. The size of the .CCZ file is approximately 1/12 of the .CC file. The import time of a .CCZ file is just about the same as the .CC file.
